  • Join me in reflecting on ways and means to change our condition.  As I say "our" I mean us, Mozambicans, us Africans. 

  • This is the space I designed to share with us what interests me most, and based on my observations, learned experience as a teacher, as a junior diplomat and as an International Civil Servant of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, now retired. 

  • I think about how the world is set up, how it evolves, the global institutions that determine what happens where and how.  I think we need to make our position a valid contributor to what happens in the world.
